Name every garment
Provide the product name or link for each item in the order. Corporate shirts, fleece jackets and hoodies have different surfaces and construction. A general request to embroider clothing leaves important details unresolved. If you are open to alternatives, explain the required look, fit and use before asking for a recommendation.
Describe each logo position
List the chest, sleeve, back or other placement separately. Include the intended wording and whether every garment uses the same design. Avoid giving a universal print size before the selected garment’s usable area is confirmed. Pockets, zips, seams and lining access can affect the available position and the application process.
Supply the approved artwork
Use the current company logo, with spelling and contact details checked. Upload a clear PNG, JPG or PDF through the form within its stated limit. Tell the team if another source format is available. Fine text and colour requirements should be discussed early because they can affect the result on a particular garment.
Keep the quantity schedule clear
Record the number of garments for every style, size and colour. If names or departments vary, explain that requirement separately and request confirmation of the process. Avoid uploading unrelated employee information. The quotation team needs enough detail to assess the job without receiving more personal data than the order requires.
Approve a garment-specific proof
A proof should refer to the selected product and the intended placement. Check wording, proportions and orientation carefully. Ask about anything that remains unclear before approval, including how the actual material may influence appearance. Do not treat a generic digital mockup as a guarantee of an unconfirmed fabric or branding process.
Confirm the order and delivery together
Review the itemised cost, final quantity schedule, artwork version and delivery arrangements as one approval. Include the receiving address and required date in the original enquiry. Keep the final record for repeat orders, while remembering that current availability and pricing must be checked again when ordering later.
